Martin guptill & matthenry makes a place in nz test troop against england 517 views
New Zealand national team top order batsman Martin Guptill
who previous played a Test match in May 2013 has been reallocated to the Test
team for the upcoming tour to England. Along with him talented Fast bowler Matt
Henry has also received a Test call up.
Guptill played his last Test during New Zealand's visit to England in 2013 performing in only one match of the two. He scored runs 1 and 3 in New Zealand’s defeat to England .He was afterwards expelled from the Test squad of New Zealand including home based sequences against Windies India and Sri Lanka.Hesson the coach said Martin Guptill had been chosen for his capability to shield numerous batting spot which would be helpful for the team in the upcoming series against England.
